August Debouzy has advised Artémis Courtage, an independent brokerage firm specializing in mortgages and loan insurance, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Avantage Courtage, a brokerage firm specializing in mortgage loans and new-build property investment in Paris and the Paris region (Ile-de-France).
Avantage Courtage was founded in 2008 and is a company active in the mortgage segment as well as in the sale of new-build properties. With 65 employees and nearly 28,000 clients, the company has expertise in real estate financing and support for new property transactions.
With this acquisition of a stake in Avantage Courtage, the Artémis group, a leading broker in the real estate sector since 2012, is strengthening its position in the real estate market and becoming a leading player in the Paris region with more than 114 branches.
This transaction is part of the Artémis Group's growth strategy and contributes to the expansion and diversification of the support offer for real estate professionals, both in terms of finding financing and specific insurance.
