August Debouzy has assisted SARP, a Veolia subsidiary, specialising in sanitation and hygiene services, with the sale of 8 operational centres dedicated to the maintenance of sanitation networks and facilities and located in the Paris region to Séché Assainissement, a subsidiary of the Séché Environnement Group, which specialises in waste treatment and recovery and decontamination services.
