August Debouzy advised the lenders led by Caisse Régionale Crédit Agricole Mutuel d'Aquitaine of the French group Calicéo, with the refinancing of its existing debt. The firm has also provided an assistance with an investment loan to finance the construction of four new balneotherapy centers in the Paris region and Lille.
Calicéo, a Lyon-based group founded in 1997, is a major player in the balneotherapy sector in France. With the restructuring of its debt and the taking out of a new loan, the group composed of 150 employees intends to open four new balneotherapy centers in France between March and December 2023.
