August Debouzy advised Diderot Real Estate on the construction and marketing of the “Parc Quatuor”, a new construction project launched by the Diderot Real Estate group in the Mantes Innovaparc joint development zone (ZAC) in Buchelay (78).
This program comprises a set of four tertiary sector buildings – representing over 10,000 square meters – three of which have been fully marketed to top-tier users, namely Groupe Accedia and its subsidiary Safir, the RATP Développement group as well as Promuseum.
The construction of the buildings has been assigned to GSE under a property development contract.
Diderot Real Estate is an investor specializing in the development of turnkey buildings matching the needs of top-tier users, the construction of which is assigned to specialized and efficient building companies.
In this transaction, August Debouzy assisted the Diderot Real Estate group with the construction and rental aspects.
