On February 20th, the Commission confirmed an initiative to streamline the cooperation between national data protection authorities when enforcing the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in cross-border cases.

This regulation aims at harmonizing some aspects of the administrative procedures applied by national data protection authorities in cross-border cases.
