The law firm August Debouzy provided counsel to Diderot Real Estate in relation to the construction and leasing of a new 19,000 square meter logistics platform to France Boissons, situated on a 50,000 square meter plot of land in Buchelay (78). This site offers exceptional visibility from the A13 highway.

This significant turnkey operation is part of the reorganization of France Boissons' logistics scheme in the Île-de-France region. It involves consolidating France Boissons' two current sites in Rosny-sur-Seine and Gennevilliers into a single, more suitable, and higher performing facility located at the heart of its market.

Through this move, France Boissons is demonstrating its commitment to establishing a lasting presence in this region and has entered into a 12-year lease agreement with Diderot. Construction is set to commence in the first quarter of 2024, with the move expected by the end of the year.

Established in 2006, Diderot Real Estate assists major companies in their investment, design, and realization of their real estate workspaces. It invests in and oversees the construction of properties for these companies across the entire national territory. Diderot Real Estate defines the goals and requirements of the users by working in partnership with them.

Throughout this transaction, Diderot Real Estate received legal, real estate, and contractual advisory from August Debouzy (Dorian Scemama). Diderot Real Estate also received notarial support from the Flusin Notaires et Associés notarial firm regarding notarial matters.
