August Debouzy advised SEGRO, one of Europe's leading industrial and logistics real estate companies, acting on behalf of SEGRO European Logistics Partnerships (SELP), on the sale to Hines of the Onyx portfolio, consisting of five logistics platforms located in France covering a total area of nearly 130,000 sqm.
This portfolio includes the SEGRO Logistics Park Saint-Ouen-L'Aumône (95) and the SEGRO Logistics Centre Oignies (62), which together comprise five class A platforms fully leased to prominent operators, including third-party logistics providers (3PLs), shippers, and urban distribution specialists.
