August Debouzy was proud to take part in the 2025 edition of the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society in Paris, held under the theme “Courage – Bold Moves for a Better World.” Since its creation in 2005, the Forum has become one of the most influential international platforms promoting women’s leadership and inclusion across all sectors of the economy and society.

For twenty years, August Debouzy has been honored to serve as pro bono legal counsel to the Women’s Forum. From its very first edition, our firm has supported its mission to amplify women’s voices, foster dialogue between public and private actors, and drive concrete change on issues ranging from equality and governance to climate, innovation and access to education.

This year, Fabienne Haas, Laure Hosni and Diane Reboursier represented August Debouzy at the Forum. Alongside women leaders, policymakers and entrepreneurs from every continent, they took part in discussions that underscored the courage required to lead in uncertain times and the importance of collective action in shaping a fairer and more sustainable world. Amal Clooney’s address on justice and integrity particularly resonated with the Forum’s founding spirit: promoting women’s influence as a force for global progress.

As we celebrate two decades of partnership, August Debouzy looks back with pride on this shared journey and the evolution of the Forum from a pioneering initiative to a global movement. We remain committed to supporting its mission and to contributing, alongside its community, to building a future shaped by courage, equality and collaboration.
