August Debouzy advised TotalEnergies on the sale of its subsidiary GreenFlex to the French consulting and engineering group Oteis, with a view to creating a new leading player offering a comprehensive range of services and solutions across their respective markets.
This transaction forms part of TotalEnergies’ strategy to refocus its activities on the production and supply of energy.
As part of the transaction, TotalEnergies will remain a key partner of GreenFlex, notably through the signing of an Energy Savings Certificates (CEE) production agreement.
