August & Debouzy appoints Catherine Le Manchec as partner

Catherine Le Manchec, 40, who joined August & Debouzy in 2002 as an associate and was appointed as counsel in 2006, represents and advises major French and international corporate groups in managing sensitive HR strategies, namely redundancies due to site closures by reason of restructurings or due to the loss of public contracts or the search for flexibility-related HR solutions. She has specific experience in connection with the HR and collective bargaining issues arising in restructurings.

Catherine Le Manchec holds a DEA post-graduate diploma inlabor and employment law (University of Paris-I, 1995) as well as a Master’s degree in labor and employment law (University of Paris-I, 1994). She has been a member of the Paris bar since 1998. She started her career at law firms Joël Muguet Poulennec (from 1996 to 1998) and Barthélémy (from 1999 to 2002).
