Margaux Chanut joined August Debouzy in 2022 as an associate after having already completed several internships.
Margaux provides advice to French and foreign companies on their day-to-day issues as well as on ensuring the tax security of internal and external growth operations (structuring of the operation, tax impacts, tax audit)
She also assists individuals in the management and transfer of their personal and professional assets (income tax, wealth tax, gifts, inheritance). She also assists resident and non-resident individuals in the declaration and payment of their taxes as well as in issues related to impatriation or expatriation situations.
Finally, Margaux assists companies and individuals in litigation procedures.
