Lola Elbaz

Lola Elbaz graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and holds a Master's degree in criminal financial law. Admitted to the Paris bar in 2022, she joins August Debouzy's Litigation Arbitration White-Collar crime team the same year, and mainly advises our clients on white collar crime and criminal risk prevention matters. In this capacity, Lola assists and defends companies and executives in the context of prosecutions initiated by judicial and regulatory authorities for economic and financial offenses.

She has also developed strong skills in the fight against corruption and money laundering, assisting the firm's clients with the implementation of their compliance programs and during investigations.

Before joining August Debouzy, Lola worked for the investigating judges of the financial division of the Paris Combined Court (Tribunal judiciaire) and practiced criminal defence within leading law firms.
