Noureen Nhari joined August Debouzy's Litigation Arbitration White-Collar Crime department in 2023, the year she was admitted to the Paris Bar.
She specializes in white-collar crime and the prevention of criminal and regulatory risk. In this capacity, she assists and defends individuals and legal entities in proceedings brought by the judicial and regulatory authorities.
Noureen also assists the firm's clients with compliance issues.
She holds a master’s degree in Financial Criminal Law and a master’s degree in International Business Law. Before joining August Debouzy, she developed her skills in criminal and regulatory litigation in various law firms and in banking and anti-corruption compliance in leading companies.
