August Debouzy advised Total, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Total Quadran, in its acquisition of Global Wind Power France from Fred. Olsen Renewables AS and Global Wind Power Europe.

Global Wind Power France holds a portfolio of more than 1000-megawatt (MW) of onshore wind projects, including 250 MW scheduled to come on stream by 2025.

This acquisition strengthens Total Quadran’s footprint adding to its existing portfolio of nearly 1000 MW of installed and operated capacity, including over 500 MW of onshore wind.
