We advised Sogelym Dixence on the forward sale (VEFA) of an 18,788 square meter light industrial complex located in Roissy-en-France, within the Demi-Lune business park and in immediate proximity to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.
Designed by A26 Architectures, this next-generation development comprises two buildings of 7,799 square meters and 10,989 square meters. It forms an integral part of Barings' pan-European investment strategy focused on industrial and logistics assets.
