Antonia Raccat joined August Debouzy in February 2023 as a partner within the Real Estate and Construction department.
With more than twenty-five years of experience in the real estate sector, she advises, both in France and internationally, international funds, insurance companies, and asset managers on their complex real estate investment projects and their financing, covering all types of assets.
Antonia Raccat has worked in Rome, Milan, and Paris, particularly within Anglo-Saxon law firms. She has recognized expertise in cross-border deals as well as in loan work out, where she assists, alongside the restructuring team, clients facing financial difficulties.
She is featured in the main legal rankings for real estate law (Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, Who is Who Legal, Best Lawyers).
