August Debouzy has advised French real estate group ATLAND on the signing of an agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of STAM Europe from Corestate Capital Holding.
According to ATLAND, this strategic transaction enables the group to pursue its development and strengthen its position in third-party asset management, particularly for institutional investors. It is fully aligned with the group’s growth strategy, aiming to broaden its expertise in high-potential sectors such as logistics and long-term residential real estate.
With €4.6 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2024, ATLAND is a listed company on Euronext Paris, active across the entire real estate value chain – investment, development, and asset management for both institutional and individual clients.
Completion of the transaction remains subject to certain conditions precedent, including regulatory approvals from the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
