As a counsel in the Corporate team, Jean-Damien Boulanger’s practice covers a wide spectrum of corporate law: mergers and acquisitions, securities law, capital market transactions, governance of listed and unlisted companies, and more generally corporate law issues.
In 2010, he was admitted to the Paris Bar and started his career as an associate, later advancing to a counsel position at a prominent French law firm, before joining August Debouzy in 2023.
Jean-Damien graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master's degree in Business Law, 2008) and from ESSEC’s Grande Ecole program (“Master in Management”, 2007).
He is a member of the Association des Avocats en Droit Boursier (ADB).
