August & Debouzy advised Caisse des Dépôts in connection with the acquisition by Numericable-SFR of Caisse des Dépôts and Bull’s shareholding interests in Numergy, a cloud computing service provider with a French and European scope, which was placed under safeguarding plan in October 2015.
