August & Debouzy advised Orange and Thales within the framework of the creation of Cloudwatt, a cloud computing infrastructure company, alongside Caisse des dépôts et consignations, manager of a national Fund for Numérique (“Investments for the Future” Program), advised by Gille Loyrette Nouel.

Cloudwatt benefits from a total equity financing of €225 million. Capital is allocated as follows: 66.6% to industrial partners (Orange 44.4%, Thales 22.2%) and 33.3% to Caisse des Dépôts which acts in its own name and on behalf of the State within the framework of the “Investments for the Future” Program.

August & Debouzy and Gide Loyrette Nouel’s teams assisted Orange, Thales and Caisse des dépôts et consignations during all stages of the project in the creation, structuring and development of said project.
