Marie Huard

Senior Associate

Marie Huard was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014 and joined August Debouzy in 2017.

As a graduate in Business Law from the University of Paris II-Panthéon Assas, she advises and assists French and foreign companies in all areas of employment law and social security law.

Within our firm's Employment department, Marie has developed particular expertise in individual and collective disputes, and defends our clients before all civil, administrative, and criminal courts, both at first instance and on appeal. She also advises them in their dealings with the various administrative authorities (Labour Inspectorate, Defender of Rights, French Data Protection Authority (CNIL)).

Marie is also involved in issues relating to health and safety in the workplace, recognition of occupational diseases and work accidents, harassment, and discrimination.
