Audrey Thomas was admitted to the Paris Bar in December 2016.
She joined August Debouzy in October 2021 as a senior associate, after more than five years’ experience in two prominent French law firms.
She is mainly involved in mergers and acquisitions, capital investment and internal restructuring transactions for private and publicly listed and unlisted companies, both in national and international contexts. Audrey also assists her clients with private equity transactions involving investment funds, growth companies or managers, in various sectors such as new technologies, industry, trade and services.
