August Debouzy has advised Menix Group, a leading French company in orthopedic prostheses and dental implants, on the sale of its subsidiary, Global D, to Naxicap Partners. Global D, a key player in dental implantology and maxillofacial surgery, is set to benefit from this strategic transaction as it embarks on an ambitious growth plan under its new ownership.
This deal paves the way for Naxicap Partners and Global D’s management team to achieve significant expansion over the next five years. Their strategy includes executing an ambitious buy-and-build initiative both in France and internationally, advancing industrial projects launched by the management team to improve profitability and optimize stock management, diversifying their portfolio with new products and services, broadening their distributor network into new markets, and forging partnerships in the digital solutions space.
