As a member of our Public Regulatory Environment practice, Ghislain has an extensive expertise in advising clients, from public and private sector entities, in public procurement law and has a strong practice in litigation before administrative courts. He provides advice and assistance in various areas such as transportation, energy, waste and wastewater.
Ghislain was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013 and joined August Debouzy after an 10 years experience in a French law firm specializing in public business law. Before becoming an attorney, he was a legal assistant to the French Council of State (Conseil d’Etat) for two years where he gained a significant experience in litigation with highly qualified judges.
Ghislain is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris) and the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He possesses a perfect knowledge of contractual litigations and his ability to find answers to technical and complex legal questions.
