Anaïs Qureshi joined August & Debouzy’s employment law practice as a counsel in 2007. For over 15 years she has both advised and represented clients in all aspects of employment law. In particular, she has developed strong expertise in managing the labor law aspects of corporate restructurings (employment protection plans, including matters involving reorganizations and judicial liquidation procedures, employment contract transfers and adapting collective employee benefits) and resulting litigation, as well as in collective labor relations matters (including managing various employee representative bodies and collective bargaining).
About Anaïs Qureshi:
Admitted to the Paris Bar and the Hauts-de-Seine Bar since 2000, Anaïs Qureshi graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (1995), earned a master’s degree (maîtrise) in Private Law from the University of Paris II (1998) and a post-graduate degree (DESS) in Labor Law and Human Resources Management from the University of Paris XIII (1999). She also holds an additional specialty certificate recognized by the Paris Bar in labor law, and in social security and welfare protection law (2004). Anaïs Qureshi joined August & Debouzy as a counsel in 2007 and was previously an associate in the Employment Law department of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre for almost eight years.
