The Luxembourg investment fund DEREIF-SICAV FIS, via three French vehicles, acquired the office buildings located in Paris and on the outskirts of Paris, which were previously owned by the fund Sireo Immobilienfonds no.4 SICAV-FIS, for a total amount of approximately €120,000,000.
