August Debouzy on the sale by InfraVia of the entire share capital of Frasie to Quaero European Infrastructure Fund

August Debouzy advised InfraVia, represented by its management company InfraVia Capital Partners, in connection with the sale of the entire share capital of Frasie, a company which constructs and operates on-site water and waste-water treatment plants for industrial clients, to Quaero European Infrastructure Fund. Frasie operates through long term contracts with industrial customers in France, in particular in the agri-food, non-alcoholic beverage, pharmaceutical and perfume sectors, whose execution is sub-contracted to water solution specialists.
