The Swedish group Permobil, the world leader in innovative electric wheelchair manufacturing acquired iCare JMB, a leading retailer of electric wheelchair in France.
The merger of these two entities leads to the constitution of the first commercial force within this industry and the combination of the complementary expertise permitting to strengthening the product offer and the customer service.
Permobil was advised by August & Debouzy, with Ferenc Gonter, Julien Wlodarczyk and Jérôme Thérond, in regarding the corporate aspects, Marie-Hélène Bensadoun, Diane Reboursier and Pierre Chevillard in labour law, Alexandra Berg-Moussa and Coralie Vaissière in commercial and contract law.
