August & Debouzy acted for the SIA Group in connection with its acquisition of Axelboss from Valtech.
The SIA Group is an independent management consulting firm and has just taken over Axelboss from Valtech, a consulting firm specializing in agile technologies.
This acquisition (the amount remains confidential) will allow the SIA Group to add around forty persons to its workforce and EUR 7 million of revenues to its turnover, currently estimated at EUR 38 million.
