August Debouzy has advised Beekast on its first-round fundraising

French start-up Beekast has announced its €2.7 million fundraising from various investors, including venture capital firm iSource and business angels that are part of Paris Business Angels and Val’Angels networks.
As a web and mobile solution for interactive and collaborative events, Beekast has already over 300 clients. This fundraising will help the new start-up company created in 2014 boost its development in France and internationally.
Beekast was advised by AUGUST DEBOUZY, with a team led by Julien Wagmann, Partner, Julien Wlodarczyk, Counsel, and Maxime Legourd, associate, in matters relating to corporate law, and Philippe Lorentz, Partner, and Lydia Kopiejwski for tax law aspects.
iSource was assisted by law firm Joffe & Associés, with Christophe Joffe, Partner, and Fanny Malgat, associate.
