August Debouzy advised Laboratoires Majorelle, an independent French pharmaceutical company, in its last two acquisitions: the acquisition of the brand Assanis, a leading brand in hand and surface hygiene and antibacterial protection, from Blue Skin, and the Maternov brand, the first and only range exclusively dedicated to pregnant women, from Denali Pharma. These acquisitions are in line with Laboratoires Majorelle’s development strategy strengthening its activities in OTC (consumer health) and gynaecology.
