August & Debouzy advised François Sarkozy, Yannick Sabatin and their respective consulting firms, FSNB Conseil and YS Conseil, on the sale of the entire share capital of Healthcare Consulting – which has now become Publicis Healthcare Consulting – to the Publicis Group.
Publicis Healthcare Consulting is a strategy, organization and management consulting firm for industrial operators in the health sector, headquartered in Paris and with an office in New York. Publicis Healthcare Consulting will continue to be led by its founders, François Sarkozy and Yannick Sabatin.
August & Debouzy’s teams, led by Gilles August, partner in the firm’s corporate department, advised on the negotiations with Publicis (Joanna Pecenik, Maria Queffelec), the tax aspects of the deal (Alfred Lortat-Jacob (Of-counsel), Clara Ferrari) as well as the labor and employment issues (Fabienne Haas (partner), Sonia Moreau).
