" The modern world is unpredictable, seamless, digital and fast.
With this new order, we need to be reassured and hear positive words.
Such as movement instead of mobility.
Movement is a method used to reach
professional stability ".

The Employment law team includes 8 partners and 24 associates and is one of the largest specialized teams in a full service law firm. The team’s expertise covers all areas of employment law.
French employment law is often synonymous with restriction in both government-owned and private companies. In this context where rules, restrictions, vested rights and habits block a company, limiting oneself to legal analysis alone, as specific as it may be, is not sufficient.
The goal of August Debouzy is to provide technical, pragmatic and thorough solutions, which act as real decision-making tools.
Immersed in the reality of what goes on in companies, our Employment team is driven by curiosity and discipline, and committed to working by your side. The team provides you skills and a truly creative approach to reaching legal solutions.
The team is very involved in keeping up with developments in employment law and the ultimate impact on companies, and a number of our partners contribute to research and debates led by think tanks such as Institut Montaigne, Institut de l’entreprise and Cercle des Juristes.
