August Debouzy advised Raise Investissement and the Artémis Courtage group on the partnership of the group with Odealim to create the French leader in insurance and real estate project financing consultancy.
The partnership of Odealim, a leading national player specialising in real estate insurance brokerage, and Artémis Courtage, a company specialising in financing founded in 2009, aims to create the leading real estate insurance and financing consultancy group in France by capitalising on the complementary nature and expertise of both groups.
With this transaction, Odealim – in cooperation with its shareholders, the investment fund TA Associates and its managers since 2018 and most recently Raise Investissement – is strengthening its position in the real estate market as well as its territorial coverage, thanks to the network of 90 agencies of Artémis Courtage.
For Artémis, this partnership is an opportunity to enhance its range of services and to continue its development in France. Artémis Courtage will continue to operate under its own brands and under the direction of its founding managers.
August Debouzy also assisted Raise Investissement in 2018 with its acquisition of a stake in the Artemis Courtage group and other build-up transactions conducted by the group since then.
