This contemplated acquisition aligns with Verdoso’s strategy as a well-established carve-out specialist, having completed more than 35 acquisitions since its founding in 1997, including transactions involving major groups such as Pernod Ricard, Schneider Electric, Lafarge and ENGIE. The transaction is expected to provide Globecast with a long-term shareholder capable of supporting the rollout of next-generation services and strengthening its position in a rapidly evolving market.
