August Debouzy advised Fisk Alloy, Inc., a leading international manufacturer of high-performance copper alloy wires and conductors, in connection with the acquisition of the Special Wires business of Thermo Technologies, including the acquisition of FSP-One (France) and its distribution subsidiaries IWT (USA) and TSI (China).

This strategic transaction represents a major milestone for Fisk Alloy and the Special Wires business of Thermo Technologies, creating a global leader in high-end specialty conductors for critical no-fail applications in aerospace, defense, electronics, and medical technologies.

Founded in 1973, Fisk Alloy has established a strong industrial and commercial presence in the United States, anchored by its main production site in New Jersey, while FSP-One is firmly established in Europe with its manufacturing facility in France. The combination of the two businesses creates a fully integrated global platform, enhancing geographic reach, strengthening market positioning, and accelerating innovation to meet the needs of highly demanding industries.
