(EMC SA) in connection with the sale by privatization of the entire share capital of SCPA SIVEX INTERNATIONAL to the Louis Dreyfus Commodities Group, a worldwide leader in the trade, transformation and marketing of agricultural products and raw materials.
SCPA SIVEX INTERNATIONAL, a subsidiary of the state-owned EMC Group, specializes in the transformation, distribution and trade of fertilizers, phytosanitary products and chemical products and developed its business mainly in Central and Western Africa where it is a leader in some of these countries, particularly Cameroon, the Ivory Coast and Ghana.
